Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. An order placed on a weekend or bank holiday begins processing on the next working day.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated in secure checkout after you enter your address and choose Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. This lets us show the correct charge for your destination and selected service before you place the order.
Postcode and service exceptions
Some postcode areas do not have a Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery target. Delivery may take longer for remote, offshore or otherwise exceptional destinations. Please use the estimate presented at checkout and your tracking information once dispatched.
